Red Nose Day at Riverside
On Friday residents and staff at Riverside enjoyed a day of fun with Red Nose Day themed activities. The events also importantly raised funds for such a great cause. Residents played their favourite games in the morning such as balloon tennis, skittles and cards, all with a Comic Relief twist - as well as selling cakes to staff in the afternoon. Comic Relief is such an incredible organization trying to promote a just world free of child poverty; aiming to bring about positive and lasting change in the lives of poor and disadvantaged people. It is a cause that Riverside felt was important to recognise and support. We had a very successful and fun day.
