Employee of the Month - November

Riversides employee of the month for November has been awarded to Jozsef.

Jozsef is our maintenance man, he is always on hand to help in any way from mending stairs and fixing furniture to changing batteries in TV remotes. Somehow, he is able to turn his hand and seems to have an answer to any problems that arise.

He is Riverside’s handyman hero, going above and beyond to make sure our residents’ rooms are comfortable and our home runs smoothly day to day.

Your hard work is appreciated by many.

My husband has been in Riverside Nursing Home in Sherborne for five months now. He took a few weeks to settle down in his new surroundings at first but now has got to know the Staff. The Nurses, Carers, the Chef, all have been so kind, respectful, most of all understanding the needs of not only the residents but their families. Only recently we enjoyed an outing to Weymouth organised by the Activities Co-ordinator. Matron Judith Maidment waved us off as our special coach left Riverside. Thank you all
