About You:
• You must be a registered nurse with experience of managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place to enable the smooth, efficient running of the home
• Experience of delivering nursing care within the elderly health care sector
• Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services
• Experience in overseeing all aspects of medicine management, ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered to our residents

Registered Nurse
We are looking for RGN's to join our growing team at Riverside Nursing Home, and help us continue to provide the highest standards of care to our residents.
You will help ensure the smooth running of the home under the guidance of the manager and help to provide an environment where residents are able to live safely and with dignity.
You’ll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us in this role.
Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
You will be expected to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends. In return, you can expect to receive competitive pay (£16.50-£19 depending on experience) and support to develop yourself within this role.
Dedicated, caring and compassionate, you’ll pride yourself on your attention to the individual and helping them maintain as much independence as possible.
Night Nurse - Qualified
We are looking for RGN qualified nurses ideally with nursing home experience, a good understanding of CQC requirements and a passion for elderly care, including Dementia. End of Life and Palliative Care.

Gardener
We are recruiting for a hard-working and conscientious Gardener at Nazareth Lodge.
You will be reporting to the Proprietor and Manager working to required timescales, with a professional and friendly attitude.
You will be required to ensure all work carried out will be finished to the highest of standards.
You may be required to mow the lawns, trimming bushes and hedges, weeding, planting and tending to flower beds etc and other duties as required by the Proprietor and Manager.
Previous experience of a similar position is required.
Hours of work and salary will be discussed at interview stage depending on experience.

Volunteers
