Have your hair done each week in the salon with our hairdresser, Sue or your own if you prefer. Or maybe you would like a manicure or massage with our aromatherapist? Reflexology is so relaxing!
The chiropodist visits every 4-6 weeks. The optician, dentist and GP visit on request..
If you are recovering from a stroke or an operation - perhaps Jane, the physiotherapist, would be the person to help you on the way to recovery.
In 2010 Riverside launched the Sherborne and District Stroke Club. It is held every Friday morning at the Half Acres Hall in Sherborne. This is open to everyone that has either had a stroke or is caring for someone with a stroke. Residents from Riverside who have had a stroke are encouraged to go along and are taken there by our willing and devoted staff.
The weekly shop trolley brings all your little extras such as toiletries, chocolate, biscuits, magazines and greetings cards. So if you are unable to get to the shops yourselves for that all important birthday card, there is no need to worry.
